If you want your surprise to remain private and seen only by the recipient, we recommend choosing the 8 AM – 2 PM delivery window.

If you’d like the delivery to take place during an event, which usually happens in the afternoon or evening, we recommend choosing the 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM time slot. This way, your character will not only delight the recipient but also become a highlight of the celebration, leaving guests with lasting memories 🎉.

The character delivering the flowers will stay for up to 15 minutes, giving both the recipient and guests plenty of time to take fun and memorable photos 📸. Please note that our characters are not professional actors or entertainers — they do not perform shows, dances, or games. But you can take unforgettable photos with them that will remind you of this wonderful surprise.
